At Inspira, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product was damaged during transit or you received the wrong item.
- If any damaged / defective/ exchanged /replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days
Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
To start a return, please email us at inspira.pharmbioz@gmail.com. with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.
Refunds are not applicable:

If the product has been used or opened

For items returned without prior approval

If the return request is raised after the 7-day window
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as necessary.
